Quinn Thurin did a fantastic job helping us to find our new home - during a time period with limited houses up for sale. We would get email notification any time a new house would come on the market for sale and if we liked it- Quinn would get us in to see right away. He knew that we needed to find a new home because he also helped us to sell our home in 2 days. He was patient and handled any crazy questions we might come up with to ask- and it didn't matter what time of day. He would get back to us quickly. He made magic happen so that we could sell and buy on the same closing dates. Trust me it did take some Magic- the new place had some work to be done outside- and this was winter. He got it done for us and we are all settled in the new place. I tell everyone I know to go see Quinn if they want to make a change- He'll make it happen without any problems.

We got lucky. We asked to see a house that we found through a website and Ruth was the realtor that showed up. We had talked to a couple other realtors at previous house viewings and just didn't mesh well. Ruth was very thourough about trying to find the house we wanted. This was a first time buy for my girlfriend and I. We always felt in the loop with what was going on, at least with Ruth/C&E's side of things. She was very patient and understanding with us. Anytime we had a question or clarification that needed to be made, Ruth was there in a timely manner. We have kind of a hectic schedule and the line of communication was still always there for us. It felt like Ruth does this job because she enjoys it. I think that's very important in this line of business.
